Areas across the USA will be scouted for properties in need of renovation. With the guidance from experienced real estate professionals, Sheath (with the help of whitelisted members) will select a group of properties with reasonable margins to make offers. Once a property/properties are selected, sheath will open NFT minting. If NFT does not sell out, the remaining balance will be obtained from Sheath's lending partners.
Once the mint is closed, we will purchase the property and begin with the design process. This will include work with our engineers to repair or upgrade all building systems, designing the overall layout to fit our plans and filing for necessary permits.
After the permits are approved, we will renovate properties and the interior finishes will begin to be selected, sheath and partners will begin the construction phase. The house will be setup with live cameras during the construction phase to allow holders to be involved every step of the way. Holders will be able to assist with design decisions and learn about the construction process as they go.
Once the construction is finished, the house will be put on the market and sold to the highest bidder! Each NFT holder will receive their profit share and initial investment back in the form of Cryptocurrency. Each Holder will also receive a WL Token to be used on the next project of their choice!
